Nov 15, 2004 Bottle: Aroma is fruit, citrus, and light vinegar. Pours a dark amber with a small off-white head. Lightly sweet up front with a vinegar, sour/tart, and acidic finish. Do not like that vinegar taste at all. As it warms vinegar and tartness decrease slightly.

Aug 7, 2006 Bottled. Clear, sparkling, amber ale with a decent beige head. Strange aroma with some sour note, caramel and hops. The flavor is fruity and honey-like, with hops. Thin body and a finish with sweetness and fruityness. Strange, but not bad. The finish lasts long, with a fruity hoppiness. Strange, but not bad beer. (060807)

Nov 5, 2009 Something very vegetal in the aroma. That and must make up the rest of the nose. Pours a clear amber with tan head. Metallic and watery, with notes of sour spinach and broccoli. Flavor has a strange oily aftertaste too. Not drainpour, not something I’d buy again.

Nov 1, 2008 Part of Belgian gift pack. Orange body, small white head. Aroma: Malt, peppery, some slight yeast. Flavour: Mild, slight pepper, a little yeast. Quite bland. Nothing incredible but I’m happy I had it.

Sep 5, 2006 bottle. pours golden with a medium off white head, and lively carbonation. The aroma was something on this that I was not expecting, was either coffee, or a butterscotch, and it was heavy, possible diacetyl? not sure. Taste however was a bit more tart with some grainy and butterscotch flavors pushed towards the back of the beer. weird.

Nov 19, 2006 330 mL bottle from LCBO gift pack. Amber-orange in colour, with thick foamy head. Strong aroma of cinnamon-sugar and alcohol. Doesn’t taste how it smells, until the very end. Taste is sweet, with a definite lemony thing going on. Weird.
