A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty, while the flavor is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also hints of alcohol, and with a smooth mouthfeel. A boring blond.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Clear deep golden, firm head. Evident almondy yeast aroma. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. and medium body. Slim flavours with dextrose and yeast in the front seat. Low bitterness. Very basic Belgian ale.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a little dense and white head. Mild vegetable aroma and slight grassy. Flavour is metallic and with a slight note of blood. Light sweetness going into a solid bitterness. Ends medium bitter and with a light vegetable note.

Aroma is moderate yeasty, light to moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, pepper. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (070907)
