Cool 750ml bottle. Pours a deep coffee brown with a small beige head, light lacing. Nose was sweet with candi sugar, dried figs, vanilla, and molasses. Flavor was much of the same, a little watery on the finish.

750ml bottle from my buddy curt.....pours a dark cola brown with lighter edger and a thin to medium light beige head.....aroma of light roast, thin chocolate, and dark fruit... flavors were of roasted malt, light cocoa, and fruit that finished with a bit of sourness which i wasn’t expecting. lively carbonation, almost too much

750ml capped from scrizzle the nozzle. Blackish brown in color with a head that settles down to ring around the edge of my glass. Nose is kind of sweet. Some chocolate and dark fruit notes. Maybe raisins and it is a bit parfumey. Tart, winey, metallic...I’ve had enough.

750 ml bottle - thanks clint!! Clear, dark brown with tan head; sweet yeasty nose with choco, cherries and mild spice; quite dry with an almost licorice like spice flavor; lingering finish is spicy and some metallic flavor

22. thanks scrizzz! pours a gorgeous ebony with a thick and creamy, if short lived, tan head and plenty of lace. tangy dark fruit and roasty malt on the nose. creamy medium body, much less carb than the head would indicate. nasty aluminum tang on the mid palatr, along with dark fruits and licorice. mild finish.

Had on tap at the brewpub while visiting town for my brother’s wedding. This was dark, roasty, estery, and delicious!
