hippie4beer (162), Indianapolis, Indiana, USA Feb 5, 2006 draft at The Brugge. Pours a deep amber color with a medium bubbky white head. Aroma was "green:" like grasses, flowers, etc. Very fresh. Flavor is wheat/grass upfront that slides into a dry hopped slightly bittering finish. Well carbonated and tingly on the palate. atpayne (615), Zionsville, Indiana, USA Feb 1, 2006 On tap at the Brugge. A little hazy, nice light copper color with tightly bubbled creamy head and some activity. The aroma is full of earthy and grassy hop character. The flavor is quite tangy with a distinct hop presence, nice because it’s not a standard Cascade hop that I’ve grown so accustomed to. It’s earthy and grassy and the beer has a malt tang, some honey flavors, and a decent active finish.
