On tap at Brugge. Poured a hazy brown color with an average frothy light brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy, herbs, yeast and raisan aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and lively carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Refreshing brew that is standout for style.

Nice brew. Pours a somewhat inky black with a deep red hue. Aroma is great, lots of yeast and almost Christmas spice. Yeast comes through in the flavor as well, with lots of candied sugar and a hint of cookie. Very thick in taste, but thin on the palate. Lots of spice too, but does not detract. Finish is somewhat sticky and sweet.

On tap at Brugge. Pours a reddish bronze with a minimal head. Aroma is sugary sweet and yeasty. Taste is also sweet and yeasty with a nice orange and lemon finish. Not my favorite style, but this one aint bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark red with a thick off white head. It leaves a nice ring of lace behind. The aroma has some spicy yeast notes and a punch of perfumy hops. Foavor is pretty hoppy with lots of good yeast character. Medium body with high carbonation and a dry finish.
