Brugge Brasserie Rubicon Red

Had on tap at Brugge in Indy. Caramel backing, tasty. As it warmed, alcohol came through and killed it for me.

Draft @ Brugge - This is a pretty well balanced beer that I would not have called a Belgian persay. Just tastes like a straight across Amber Ale, with some very bready caramely notes and some bitterness cutting through in the finish. Not terribly exciting considering they only had two beers on tap.

draft at brugge. Would have taken more notes if i knew this was the first rating. Brugge session beer. pours a clear red with a small white head. notes of bread, caramel, biscuity malts. Very smooth and easy to drink. Not a bad beer, but not terribly exciting either.
