Great looking 22oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden with a dense fizzy white creamy thick froth on top. Strong coriander aroma with notes of lemon, smells sweet, pretty standard. Flavor is similar, strong coriander and tangy acidic lemon, some creamy wheat fills the space in-between, not too sweet though, but just barely, a bit herbally. Quick finish with a longer coriander aftertaste. Reminds me a bit of Goose Island’s Willow Street White. Medium/light bodied with a smooth heavy water feel and fine sizzling carbonation, a bit thin. Very easy drinking.

Thanks kiefdog for the share. Pours translucent yellow with a small, white head. Nose is sugar, lemon, lemon zest, and lingering sweetness. Flavor is lemon zest, sugar, and some water with the citrus and sugar of the beer lingering into the finish. Reminiscent of a mildly watery Wittekerke.

Poured an opaque, pale yellow that almost could be described as ’lemony’. Had a tiny white head. Heavily carbonated and exceptionally tart, particularly on the tip of the tongue. Had a very short, and very clean finish with hints of wheat and rye. A very delicate drink with no overly powerful notes or incredible complexity. Probably not something I would drink by itself but it was paired with a light salad which worked exceptionally well.

Dad picked me up a bottle at some random place in Indiana. Hadn’t heard of this brewery before. Cloudy yellow pour with light white head. Aroma is fruity and spicey, mostly tropical fruits and clove. Flavor has light wheat with some pineapple and lemon. Well carbonated, light body. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

Pours a hazy light yellow wit ha healthy white disappearing head. The nose is sweet and full of fruity esters. A bit creamy. A small hint of lemon. No real sign of banana,, but wheaty still. Some coriander and perhaps a hint of pineapple (Brett?). Thinner body for style, though not watery. Creamy wheaty yeasty flavor. Lemony coriander. Yeasty finish. Fruity aftertaste. Not bad

Bottle… Clear yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Yeasty, grainy and citric, the aroma offers notes of warm bread, straw, herbs and benign citrus fruit. Light-bodied and fizzy. Citrusy, breadsy flavor – hardly any spices or esters. Crisp, mildly spiced finish. Refreshing.
