| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 9, 2009 Courtesy hopscotch. Pours a pretty clear straw gold, with a small frothy white head. Smells of light whet esters, banana, with a heavy citrus presence. Pretty mild overall though. nothing special there. The taste is quite bland for my tastes. the wheat and banana characters are almost nonexistent, and its mostly funked out citrus. Tough to find a decent wit these days for me. Pretty poorly executed for the style in my opinion. jcr (1160), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 18, 2009 22 oz. bottle. Cloudy yellow body with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of coriander, lemon, grass and honey in addition to hints of wheat and lacquer. The flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. The finish is mostly spicy with a strong soapy taste along with off-putting tart astringency — a combination of coriander and iodine. Medium body and watery texture. Lively carbonation. I’ve had this on draft and it was much better. This bottle was borderline drain pour. patrick767 (2033), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 18, 2009 tap at the brewpub - Pours up a cloudy straw color with a one finger white head. It has a light citrus aroma. My initial impression upon drinking it is that it’s too watery. Warming it up helps a little, but it’s still too thin and watery. The citrus accented wheat malt flavor with mild spices is decent, but there needs to be more of it.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jan 14, 2009 One of the funkier-farmhouse wits of the year. A general lactic tang surrounds this beer throughout, with very lemony, grassy and wheaty flavors coming through. Slight citrus and floral, not refreshing, per se, but definitely interesting and authentic.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 12, 2008 Bottle: Cloudy pale yellow with a very minimal head and lots of carbonation. Nose is very mild with notes of lemon zest, grass, mint leaves, light acetic wheat with some subtle coriander and other spices...a bit thin but not horribly. Flavor is all of the above with an added grassy tone. Decent enough and pretty refreshing.
