| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 12, 2006 Thin white creamy head over hazy orange-red body. Sweet bready aroma with notes of unidentifiable spice. Intense, sweet taste of cinnamon, cardamom, and coriander (I think). Aftertaste of marzipan with some bitterness and sweetness. Lingering spicy bitterness. An excellent trippel.
(Why are people calling this thin and watery? I found the taste to be very strong indeed. Strange.) Dedollewaitor (3745), Odense, Denmark
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 14, 2006 This is a Belgium triplel for starters. By that I mean its a bit like the beer type pilsener though its much better. Its apperance is light golden with a great white head, lively to average carbonation. Not as spicy as ex. westmalle tripel, which also is strong in alcohol compared to brugge tripel. A great allround belgium tripel!
