Had this with Oldrtybastrd. This is a golden color in the glass with an aroma of fruit and malts. This is a good tripel, but not great when it comes to Belgium tripels.

Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is mildly warming and fruity and spiced. The flavour is also warming, bitter and fruity and spiced. Overall an average beer.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a clear golden colour with a huge size head and great carbonation. Aroma is hoppy and yeasty, also a bit of alcohol in there too. Taste is very fresh and clear, has malts there with some fruits and spices there too. Good tripel, but certainly not the best.

Medicinal and yeasty aroma: apricot as well as dried apricot and tobacco, sweet white wine--ice wine. Brownish orange with some white islands and a bubbly white ring. Surprisingly hoppy and then a blast of spicy malt with watermelon, apple, dried fruit, and walnut notes. Sort of a sourish brown sugary ending, accompanied by a dry, vinous bitterness. Medium body, slightly warming, moderate carbonation, sweet, spicy, and sour finish.

Creme denso mas pouco consistente. Aroma frutado e cítrico. No paladar, a carbonatação excessiva estraga o conjunto. O final é curto.

A tripel with a strong aroma - classic Belgian. The taste is good, but I fail to find anything particularly interesting.A safe choice, but not the best of its type.
