Amber coloured. Fruity and slightly flowery. A very light and refreshing brew. Easily drinkable.

Bottle conditioned, ZBF 2004. Amber, thin white head and low condition. Low fruity malt aromas with a little background hoppiness. Smooth in the mouth with good fruity malt and a hint of spice. Lingeringly malty in the finish.

[ZBF 2004] A dark orange beer with fine though collapsing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast. The flavor sweet malty too with alcohol running over the tongue and notes of yeast and flowers.

Amber colour, cold haze; white head, reduced to rim in seconds, good lace. Refreshing, tart nose, like with rosehips or sloeberry (NOT used!). Surprisingly light sweet-sour taste, undefinable fruity-flowery flavour. Slight diacetyl. Mouthfeel is light, and, well, fruity. Surprising - I had been expecting something with a lot more punch - exactly the opposite. Flowers for a 20-year old damsel (but not in distress).
