25 cl bottle. Yeast in bottom. Very pale yellow colour with a creamy white head. Aroma of wheat and yeast. Good refreshing taste, but a little too light aftertaste, light body. Taste of corians and little citrus. An okey witbeer.

Yellow, small head. Weak wheat and citrus aroma. Watery, with faint notes of citrus. Thin and really no good.

Pale yellow, white head. Citrus aroma with some yeast and grain. Citric flavor, quite boring, far from as good as many other witbiers.

(Bottled, labeled "Brugs witbier") Hazy yellow color with a small, mostly fading head and some lace. Dryish, yeasty aroma with only slight spiciness. Sourish flavor, a bit dish-washing-liquidy. Quite light-bodied, dryish and slightly acidic with foamy carbonation. A bit tasteless and boring witbier, but still drinkable.

Draught (au fut) at Le Sous Bock - Paris. The Blanche de Brugge pours a dense hazy straw color with a thick white head. Light-bodied, and served with a lemon, the mellow wheaty flavor has a slightly dry finish and hint of citrus character. A nice touch is the service in a logo’d glass.
