Una de las mas suaves cervezas que he probado en mi vida. Puedes tomar docenas de litros sin hartartes. Es la cerveza perfecta para quitar la sed.

The taste is yeasty and light spicy. It has a very smooth taste of cloves. A nice beer.

En pression, L’Alexandra, Calais. Served with a slice of lemon. Spicy wheat up front, settling into smooth honey. Pleasant. Some soapy notes in the after-taste. Goes well with moules frites on Chrissie’s birthday after a day spent in a car dealer’s looking for a spare tyre for my worn out Jag. We were supposed to have been having a picnic with Rose, the donkey I adopted for her, but at least we had a walk on the beach. [2.8]
Keg @ Lowlander, Covent Garden. Soft vanilla and wafer flavour. Refreshing but bland. [2.7]

typical wit aroma - orange, zesty, perfumy and floral etc. cloudy golden with small fast dissipating head. typical wit flavours - orange, banana, cloves etc. medium creamy mouthfeel, lightly sweet and acidic with soft carbonation and very low bitterness. nice wit, similar to hoegaarden but not as well balanced with more orange flavours apparent.

Draught: This was a fairly typical beer for this style, if a little weak in its representation. It was a cloudy straw yellow color. No too much white head. Some aroma of spices and citrus, but not too much. Wheat body with a little of the citrus and spiciness. Just OK.

Keg
An ordinary Belgian White, quite balanced in the aroma (with a light fruitness too), but a bit thin in the mouth.

Negligible head on a cloudy lemon body with micro yeast particles. Medium intensity corriander aroma. Actually lacks taste, flavour is lemony and ever so slightly yeasty but without spice. It seems like a wheat beer lite.

Thick, opaque, orangey-tinged colour. Almost chunky with the yeast in the glass. Good head retention. Aroma is dominated by cloves - it would seem more like a hefeweizen than a witbier if you couldn't actually taste it. Lightly wheaty taste, nice and crisp but seems to be lacking something. No apparent spice character and without the nice subtle maltiness of Hoegaarden.
