The beer is undoubtedly beyond its freshness date here in Montana, so bear that in mind.
Cloudy, light yellow or straw colored with a nose of yeast, coriander, and a hint of lemon.
The head isn't as bold as most wit, and it fades soon after I pour the beer, leaving only ghosts of lace on the glass.
It tastes pretty good, though. Fresher than I would have throught, with a spicy, lemon-nutmeg, yeasty taste that is quite nice and refreshing. The mouthfeel is a bit thin and the beer is a bit overcarbonated.
There is an aftertaste of yeast, citrus, pepper and nutmeg.
I like several other witbiers better, but this is drinkable and quite refreshing. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA

Head faded fast and completely due to the high effervescence. Sweet buttery and nutty beer, with a hint of apples and coriander spice. Fizzy body. The palate is like a gin and tonic. Disappointing. Citric, sweet banana and a bit bitter nose.
Hazy white-yellow, creamy white head is not as impressive as with other wit.
Subtle fruity flavors (citrus, banana).
Pleasant velvet mouthfeel.
Crisp aftertaste. ante (2960), Stockholm, Sweden

Taste: a great wit; smooth, crispy and dry at the same time. Not much seetnes with some yeastiness. Fresh fruity notes of orange, lemon and apple. Dry finish. LINKBREW (101), Santee, California, USA
