Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow with a fine little white head. Lemony and quietly spicy nose. Spices, notably coriander, more present in the mouth, still in modesty and harmony with the fruity flavours. Fizzy, a bit grainy mouthfeel, slightly short finish. A well-crafted wit.

Draught in London Hazy orange pour with no head. Good lacing though. Aroma of wheat, cloves, sweetness. Flavor follows. Not my favorite style, but a good witbier.

On tap at Red Sky in Avignon, France...poured cloudy-gold color w/ a descent white head. Everything about this beer was very typical of the style. I liked it, but nothing stood out. Nose: spice, citrus, slight yeast. Flavor: Watery spice, citrus, malts w/ a mild bitter finish. Palate: Watery, moderately carbonated, easy to drink. Very plain, but a nice choice as most bars in France were filled with much crappier beer.

.33 l botle. Even with a swirl ther eis hardly any yeast haze in this- just a pale dull lightly carbonated yellow piss colored beer. Aroma is lightly freuity with soem lemon and other fruity esters- phenolic spicy, some pepper, and clove and vanilla but very clean and not real full yeast character. Flavor is bland as well- dull nutty cracker malts, lemon zest, and light phenolics- pepper and some clove spice. Weak body and mothfeel- lame witbier.

Tipikus szüretlen belga búza a maga erjedt,édeskés és mégis kicsit fanyar ízével és zavaros színével.Van nála finomabb is ebben a kategóriában,de nem rossz!

On tap at an Irish pub in Paris. Creamy, white head with an opaque yellow body. Decent lacing. Aroma is non-descript with typical citrus and wheat. Taste is typical wit, as is this entire beer. Watery mouthfeel.
