On tap in Paris. Bad whitebier. Sour tasting. Looks the part but doesn’t take the job.

Bottle in Vondel Park. Citrus and lime tasting Witbier. White head. Quite refreshing and full of carbonation. Not bad. Quite drinkable.

Draft at the Walk About Pub in Siena, Italy - August 2007. Stumbled in to this comically Australian themed pub in Siena during happy hour. Found this on tap and was pleasantly surprised after an endless string of Nastro Azzurro’s. Pale straw color with a small white head. A bit of an earthy, spicy aroma. Very clovey flavor, somewhat spicy with hints of citrus fruit. Not bad at all with a light somewhat oily mouth feel.

bottle. Pale and cloudy yellow, tiny but persistent white head. Quite hoppy with a pleasant fruitiness, hints of coriander and orange zest.

Had @ ’t Brugs Beertje, Brugge, Belgium. Hazy golden. White head. This is an easy-to-drink-brew. Light in its tone but in the same way quite refreshing.

Had this from the bottle into a lager glass at Rageneau in the Carousel du Louvre on 05-27-07. Cloudy gold appearance with a 1 finger white head. Coriander, sweet malt, and orange & citrus to the nose. Wheat, orange, coriander, clove, and more sweet malt on the taste. Cloves, malt, and whet follow. A soft medium body with pleasant carbonation. Solid wit with the essentials of the style.

Draught at some cafe in Brugge. Hazy straw color with creamy head. Grainy, honeyish and spicy aroma with lots of coriander. Grain and spicy flavor with some lemon and tartness. Oily palate. Strong and long coriander finish. Too much coriander.
