[Sampled several times on bike in France.] Got this draught with a lemon after a hard day on bike and got immediately in love with Brugs Wit. Bought some 6-packs for the price of nothing with home and swallowed it all summer long with this lovely taste of coriander, yeast, banana and citrus. A great beer for a biker on tour. I’ll remember it forever for this bikejourney in France!

(Bottle, BB 23-11-07) Pours a cloudy pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon, dustiness, and clove. Flavor of wheat and light lemon with a soft, yet somewhat watery mouthfeel.

Bottle, 4.8%. Weak clove aroma. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. The flavour is of fresh-ground pepper.

On tap. Thin head, lovely opaque yellowish-white soapwater color you expect from a blanche. Faint lemon aroma with loads of coriander. Flavor is mostly sweet with expected citrus zest and coriander, virtually no bitterness. Refreshing Witbier. Damn nice with an omelette, as it turns out.

Bottle, 25 cl. It was years ago that i’ll taste this beer, it is not better now. Hazy wit with a thin white head. A typical light "witbier", yeasty en fruity in aroma. Light body. Not great but not really bad.

Enjoyed on tap at a little sidewalk cafe in Paris, "Le Gramont," on Blvd. Des Italiens about a block north of the Garnier Opera House. Yellow cloudy body. White, small head. Smells of citrus. Taste is clean, dry, also with citrus, as well as wheat. A bit tangy and malty, like a spiked fruit punch... too sweet. After taste is dry, with some seltzer water on the palate.
