Aug 17, 2008 Four 12oz bottles purchased at Jovi in Gatineau. Best before date of October 2008, consumed in July 2008. Pours a nice pale cloudy gold with a large billowing head. Light yeasty aroma. Taste is on the light side with a mild spice feel from the yeast.

Aug 8, 2008 Bottle. Golden blond beer, thick white head. Nose of yeast, malts, some sour apples. Taste is dry, yeasty and somewhat bitter, with some sour apples. Slightly sweet. Nice beer to start the evening.

Apr 19, 2008 The yeast is what carries this beer through. Its clear golden with a foamy white head and extremly carbonated. Aroma is fruity easty, same with the flavor, along with some dry eartheren hob notes. Not overly interesting.

Apr 16, 2008 Bouteille de 330 ml. La bière est de couleur paille légèrement voilée et possède une mousse blanche imposante qui nous tient compagnie jusqu’à la fin de la dégustation. Au nez des arômes d’écorces d’oranges, de citrons, de pamplemousses, de coriandre, d’alcool avec des notes de poivre et de levure complète l’étape du nez. En bouche la bière a un corps mince-moyen et développe des flaveurs de coriandre, de miel, d’oranges, d’épices et de levure. La finale est légèrement houblonnée et poivrée.

Apr 12, 2008 Bottle. Big fluffy head, golden color. Sweet blonde, with honey and pale fruits. Ligh but you still feel its a 6% avb beer. The kind of beer that is good in any situations. Not bad at all.
