Apr 9, 2003 A slightly unclear amber beer with a fine head. The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. The flavor is a nice sweet, malty, slightly bitter, and slightly wheaty flavor. It has a nice palate.

May 24, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) My version was 9,5% ABV. Golden amber with a tall, pretty head. Very powerfull, full-bodied with bottle fermentation. A rather dominating bitterness followed by a soft sweetness in the finish. One of my best Tripels so far. 120594

Oct 12, 2008 33 cL bottle at Kulminator. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a dense white head. Caramel malty aroma with a mild spice note. Light yeasty phenolic and caramel malty with a with a mild spice, yet also a bit sign aged with a light oxidiation note. Ends mild yeasty and slight metallic. Still nice though.

Jun 18, 2008 Bottle @ Chris O’s tasting. Hazy deep amber with medium off white head. Sweet and slightly sour aroma with yeasty and fruity notes. Sweet malty flavor with caramel, ripe fruits and yeasty notes.
