Impressed me, different from other triples, perhaps by the glass and colour, but most of all by taste...

| 4.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Sep 11, 2005 One of the most wonderful beers I have ever tasted. Hazy amber colour with a huge, beige head. Sweet, yeasty, musty, earthy aroma; the flavour full of sweetness, citrus and nectarine sourness, warm alcohol and a full, satisfying bitterness at the close. kenk99 (168), Leonia, New Jersey, USA

It is off-white with a dense head, and flavorful. If you can get hold of this after some aging you will not be disappointed. rmussman (906), California, USA
| 4.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Mar 2, 2007 An excellent belgian tripel. Great pour resulting in a thick white head. Nice spices give it a great flavor and it feels great going down. Not too sweet and strong alcohol. Crockett (904), Steelback County, Ontario, Canada
| 4.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Aug 21, 2004 Solo work on a Magnum. Lucky it was good. Pours honey/amber gold with a small beaded foamy off white head. Aroma is yeasty with piles of fresh bready dough malts. Some apple and spice notes. All of that carries very well to the palate and flavours. Very bready and some yeast citric sours when ice cold. Soapy sap and cedary hops. Honey stronger in the aroma. Grass, hay, barnyard. Piles of fruit, apple, pear, peach, plum, cherry and raspberry. Toasted sweet malts and a champagne mouthfeel. Alcohol is present but hidden rather well, and comes out more at the end. Hopped, medicine, herbal finish. With age, this bottle would be nothing short of amazing.
