harrisoni (5331), Ashford, Kent, England Sep 8, 2008 Bottle from Dranken Geers. A sweetish dubbel. Clear dark brown. Some hop sting on end. Bit unsubtle, but overall not bad. Bit non descript. Some malt and syrupyness on aroma. Really very drinkable in mouth with good hops on end. Enough to make you want to drink it again. Nice. If I was in a bar I’d easilty have a couple of these on tap. Chocolate and cola malt aroma. Dark brown color with moderate head. Brown sugar/caramel and cherry malt flavor - light astringent alcohol finish. Nice easy drinking - but pretty average.
