Clear gold, lots of effervescence produces a large, durable whtie head ad a thick lace. Fresh grainy aroma, light fruits add to the mix, and hints of spice become slowly apparent. Clean and dry, light body, and as noted, brightly effervescent. Light honey sweetness with the delicate balance of peppery hops is quite refreshing. Very drinkable, not an assertive beer, but it’s subtlety is intriguing.
