Sep 4, 2008 750 ml 2007 bottle split in Duvel glass. clear golden with lasting white head and lace. Enticing and assertive spicy yeasty zesty floral aroma. Very mild honey sweetness with with apricot/cantaloupe fruitiness and spicy dry finish with a little carbo bite and some wateriness. Quaffable, almost to a fault. The flavor doesn’t quite live up to the aroma. But still, very good. I could drink this all night.

Sep 1, 2008 Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 11.2 oz bottle. Pours a murky medium dark orange with a thin, but long lasting white beady head. Fruity aroma with some prune-like accents. Flavor has some of the same pruney accents, with some yeasty notes, a bit of candied sugar, and kind of an unpleasant stale taste. Moderately thick mouthfeel. Middle of the road Belgian.
