Jul 15, 2008 In bottiglia da 33cl all’Exultate; una birra di carattere un po’ stereotipato ma comunque su livelli più che buoni: molta dolcezza e una vena di calore inconfondibilmente legate ormai al "canone" della birra "monastica" belga di grande consumo, tuttavia si rivela alla fine piuttosto ben bilanciata e con note di complessità non da sottovalutare e allo stesso tempo molto piacevole e immediata. Buona, non eccezionale, ma buona di sicuro.

Jul 11, 2008 it has a strange aroma of metal, alcohol, malt and yeast. It looks hazy and brown with a disapearing head. Flavor is malt, apple, cinamon and yeast.

Pours light hazy amber with a small, creamy off-white head. Aroma is yeasty, some caramel and a touch of spice. Thin mouthfeel. Flavour is very spicy, very dry. Some caramel and berries, but really isn’t that nice...
