Hazy red copper with a medium off-white head. Malty, even buttery, caramel aroma. Malty flavours, some spices. Well-carbonated. Well-made, but not terribly exciting. Hazy amber to brown coloured beer, with a fluffy off-white head. Pours very fizzy. Nice aroma of spices, yeast and oak. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is moderately spicy and slightly fruity, with very moderate hops. The alcohol is well hidden. I guess some choc malt in there somewhere. Dry malt, some fruit. Tasty amber.
