Bottle, 5%. Hazy yellow colour. Unstable white head. The flavour is very uninspriring, not much spice or fruit. Almost like a pale lager.

33cl bottle, Brunehaut Blanche Biologique, 5.0%. Hazy, golden colour with a big and slowly lacing foamy white head. Yeasty, citrus-fruity and moderately wheaty nose with a flowery touch and rather strong notes of coriander. Moderately sour flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty, wheaty and citric, also slightly zesty taste with moderate coriander spice, lingering into the delicately sour and citrus-fruity finish. 24.IX.09

Bottled at Delirium, Gothenburg. Golden with white head. Mostly cellar and sour notes to this one. Dry bitterness in the end. Rating: 6-4-6-3-14-3.3. (051008)

Bottle. It pours an almost clear orange-golden body under a firm two finger thick, white head. Fine lacings left. Good carbonation going on. Fruity on the nose, with lemon and banana doing most of the job, but also some canned pear and a touch of coriander. A little hint of yeast too. Herbal start on the flavor, soon followed by fruits and coriander. Piney hops giving a nice bitterness too. Medium, effervescent mouthfeel. Fine herbal and piney finish with the fruits and coriander present too. A refreshing witbier, presenting itself as a mix between wit and blonde. (081213)
