Aroma some sweet, citrus, bit like wheatbeer, yeast.
Medium body.
Taste start sweet, bit caramel, citrus, little yeast, malts. Bitterness, dry finish.

Jun 16, 2008 Amber coloured beer with almost no carbonation and just a small white head. Malty herby aroma with some light yeasty herby and fruity touches. Full palate. Finish is light bitter with some clear herby notes. Medium one.

Jan 14, 2008 Bottle@Home. Not a strong aroma but there is some sweet citrus. Golden color, white head, good lace. Sweet, citrus, caramel, soft mouthfeel. Interesting combination of citrus and caramel.

Jun 13, 2006 Orange, hazy beer with a creamy, near-white, very persistent head. End of bottle near opaque. Creamy nose with an obvious sweet alcohol smell. Something both spicey (ginger?) and fruity (?), hint of glue. Again alcohol in the taste, sweet from sugars. Faint spicey (pepper, ginger, grains of paradise). Finally some hints at celery, pineapple, and at the end licorice. Bit burning MF, very deceptive light body & texture. Alcohol remains obvious however; in the aftertaste a little lemony flavour emerging. Strange. It’s too sweet. It’s pretty raw-alcoholic. There’s little or no distinctiveness. And yet, I rather like this. It’s exactly a beer that wants to be drank more. And if I interprete its name, and the synonyms on the label, that was exactly the objective. (La Douf stands for p*ssed).
