<i> <b> Cask at The Brunswick, Derby 17-08-08 </i> </b> Pouring almost black with beige head, this beer is quite thick, roasty and with a creamy woodiness.Drinks well for a 6% beer, some wet woody twigs dipped into some smooth gentle coffee, nice.

Jan 18, 2008 Cask at GBBF 2007. A very dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel as well as light notes of roasted malt, leading to a smooth sweet finish.
