I really must try and make sensible notes. problem is, I find it difficult after several pints, gallons, whatever of Brunnie beer. As Graham the landlord/brewer says, some of his stuff is almost too good to serve to the public. Hop and malt aromas. Amber coloured and very malty with a crisp and slightly bitter finish. maeib (4012), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England Dec 23, 2006 Cask conditioned - handpump - Brunswick Derby. An amber coloured beer with a beige head. The aroma is hoppy and fruity with quite sharp citrus notes. The taste has good hop levels. Sharp and tasty and plenty of bitter oranges.
