Multiple draught samples at the brewpub. Pours brown with a nice white head. Smells of maple syrup, pepper, spice, some light earthiness, some hints of grass and hay. Tastes of caramel, sweet malt, brown sugar, some peppery hoppy splashes, bitter finish. Very enjoyable.
