A beer the same red as a Danish mailbox with no head. The aroma is nice; a sweet cherry aroma. The flavor is way too sweet - with a powerful artificial cherry note, while the body is thin. Not a recommendable beer - the cherry sirup makes it too artificial.

(Bottle 25 cl) It’s quite an ususal creation af fruitbeers, that Pierre Celisi has prodced in the "Brussels"-series. Wheatbeer and fruits. And in this case, quite a lot of fruits. If the label is to be trusted, there is a stunning 30% cherries and cherryjuice in this. This makes for a very red beer with certain impurities and a limited, slightly rose head. Pronounced -but apparently authentic- flavor of cherries and good balance between a slight sweetness and a ditto sourness. 080105

Bottled. Clear red. Sweet cherry lemonade with a dash of artificial juice. Fanta is more complex. There is beer in here?
