Bottled @SBWF 2009
Hazy red color, small steady off-white head. A bit hoppy, fruity, sugary and yeasty aroma. Fruity - Belgian yeasty flavor. Peach, some hops. Finishes to sweetness then ... fades away.

Dec 3, 2009 Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty dark beige color ale with a super large off-white foamy head with great retention and some pretty good lacing. Aroma of light bitter citrus notes with some light funky ester. Taste is also a unique mix between some huge bready malt with hints of funky ester and light citrus bitter hops. Body is full with limited filtration and great carbonation. Not a typical APA per say but more of a mix between a light funky Belgian ale with some American hops. I am not sure I would have this very often at this price point it but very interesting nonetheless.

Nov 18, 2009 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2009. Hazy amber color. Sweet very perfumed orangey hop aroma. Sweet orangey and toffeish flavor with some herbal notes. Good orange aroma and flavor.

Oct 31, 2009 750 ml bottle from jimmay. slow gusher. pours dark orangish brown with a thick tan head. aroma of pale malt and c hops. the flavours are typical pale ale but the bottle conditioning has dried this out nicely. there is a lingering peppery bitterness that quite enjoyable. probably not as fresh as it could have been but still quite nice.

Oct 20, 2009 Bottle ( 750ml ). Shared by gregclow with me, blankboy, garthicus, jerc and mabel. Gusher!! BIG gusher. When it settled down, poured a cloudy amber-ruby with a large foamy/frothy beige head and visible flaky floaties. Aroma of sharp, dry yeast, mild alcohol, generic fruity sweetness and some balancing herbal/citrus zest bitterness. The taste followed, really juicy and balanced, if spicy. Chewy mouthfeel but soft and light, with a longish grassy/citrus linger. I really liked it.

Oct 19, 2009 Hazy amber coloured beer, with medium white head and no carbonation. Spicy sweet aroma. Full creamy palate. Finish is malty roasted with a sweet touch ending bitter.

Oct 10, 2009 Bottled@SBWF2009. Hazy amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is hops, herbs, mild earth as well as some notes of wood. Flavour is fruity hops, grass, mild notes of wood and aome mild sweetness.

Oct 6, 2009 Bottle [750ml] shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, GregClow, jerc & mabel -- c/o tupalev. Massive gusher! Wow. Pours a cloudy amber with lots of tiny sediment and a large frothy off-white head. Aroma is lightly sweet with a good amount of spices along with sweet malt, yeast and fruit. Flavour’s yeasty, lightly spicy, a bit watery and fruity. Dry finish. Average bodied. Pretty good.
