collieman (192), montreal, Quebec, Canada Oct 5, 2005 This is not good, another failure for brutopia. Pours a standard cascade, rises to a flat ruby red crystal clear beer with a thick and foamy solid white head. it looks right atleast. Aroma is of sour malt, there are some other aromas but I cant get past the spoil. Palat is flat and a little thicher than a killkenny. On taste bitter/spicy hop blend take a very plesant first hello, but before swalow, one is hit with their trademark rotten meat sweetness. Undertones are of red corn syrop, a simple herbal touch, a splash of fresh cream, a light biscuit malt, and an sweet mixed with bitter hop aftertaste. tiggmtl (4181), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Jan 20, 2005 Mild aroma of sweet malts and herbal hops. Hazy light tan with dense, white, small bubbled head on nitro. Herbal hop flavour balances nicely with cereal malt flavour. Creamy smooth texture and medium body make this one very easy to drink though the nitro does seem to dull the flavour somewhat. On tap at the brewpub.
