The aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee and rye bread, men not the burnt plastic, that was a clear note in the aroma a month ago, when I first tasted this. Unfortunately the burnt plastic still is a clear note in the flavour together with a light sweetness, a burnt bitterness and notes of roasted malt. It’s a bit sharp and unbalanced, and the brewer admits that it has an off-flavour. And then I start wondering why on earth he doesn’t pour it down the drain, since he has thought so a month by now – well, maybe I’m just too fuzzy, and this might just be one of those things, that women do not understand...
