Commercial Description:
Bryggens Efterårsbock er en traditionel sydtysk bock, med en kraftig maltsmag fra Münchenermalt. Godt afbalanceret af en middel bitterhed. Farven er rødbrun, og den indeholder en alkoholprocent på 5,5 %. Øllet egner sig godt til kødretter.

Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, malt acidic - sour. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic, light bitter and sour with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081105]

It’s red-brown with an Ok head. The aroma is very sour with light notes of malt, The flavour is very sour too with notes of malt, caramel and sour citrus, and it totally lacks the bock-features. It’s clearly not like it should be.
