Commercial Description:

Clear medium orange color with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, toasted, caramel, spicy, rosemary, sage. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and spicy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090316]

It is warm golden, slightly hazy and the head is huge and creamy. The aroma has notes of fruity hops, spice - especially sage and yeast. The flavour is refreshing with a light sweetness and notes of malt, light fruit, citrus, yeast, clear notes of sage and rosemary, and the finish is slightly dry. The beer is inspired by the Belgian trippel, but it is more refreshing and it hides the alcohol well.
