Jun 7, 2008 At the brewpub. Golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma is fruity and refreshing with notes of caramel, light citrus and very little elder flower. The flavour is smooth and fruity with a light sweetness, notes of caramel, butter, citrus and light elder flower. It’s without any bitterness, uncomplicated and quenching.
I have tasted it once since then, the butter was more dominant all over, starting to be too much, but my score is from the first tasting.

Mar 1, 2008 Handbottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of straw, but also a light touch of citrus. The flavor is sweet again with primary notes of straw, but also light notes of both malt and citrus, leading to a dry strawy finish.

Sep 11, 2007 (Handbottled at the brew pub 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Slightly hazy pale golden with a creamy, white head leaving laces. Fruity aroma, sweetish malts and a whiff of butter. Medium body, lightly sweet malt and a dry, lightly hoppy finish. Very ordinary. 150807

Aug 22, 2007 Handbottled from tab @ Bryggen. [Courtesy of Myrup, thanks Peter] Average fizzy white head that mostly lasted. Pale yellow color that was clear and flat looking. Aroma of fruit, light butter, citrus, caramel, light grass. Light to medium bodied with a light dry texture and an average carbonation. Balanced bitter and sweet flavor.
