On tap. Aroma of malt and caramelt. Dark brown colour with beige head. Flavour acidic, almost sour with a hint of orange, but by no way christmaslike. It might be infected.

Bottled. A hazy dark chestnut colored beer with a lazing light brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, nuts, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, nuts, malt, and alcohol, leading to a dry nutty and malty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a slight hazyness and light tan head. Light spiced and vague acidic aroma. Sweet malty, light spiced and with a minor whiff of smoked like infection. Lingering sweet and light orange peel note. Light vanilla touch. Dry and reappearing slight smoke touch in the finish.

Draught and bottled at Bryguset No5. Hazy brown. Aroma moderate to heavy malty (caramel, roasted, brown sugar), moderate hoppy. Flavor moderate to heavy sweet, moderate bitter. Body medium to full, kind of oily. The alcohol is felt. Not in balance yet, the orange and vanilla is not found this first time (but I’ll try again) and it’s to sweet.
