Cask in Blackfriars, old rating. Aroma is buttery and biscuioty, grassy bittering hop. Taste is similar, not well balanced at all and not very appealing.

Cask conditioned at The Lion Tavern, Liverpool. Gold brown with white head. Reasonable light session type bitter drunk in a beautiful pub. The package is great. Malty, biscuity with restrained hop. Pretty good.

Hazy caramel looking hue covered by a small white film. Yogurty, lactic nose with an unexpected orangey citric character. Also pretty citric in mouth where not much else happens. Non-descript biscuity malts are faint and the finish is barely leafy. A far way from greatness and tough to finish. Medium-bodied, soft carbonation.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is really sour, some fruits and earth. Flavour is earth, slightly sour earth and much wood.

Cask, GBBF 07. Slightly cloudy goldy copper with a thin white head. Nose is slightly sweet, some hop and wood. Mouth is light and watery. Some burnt and hop tones. Very little palate, slightly dry. Meh.
