Very watery and blah. Really didn’t care for this but should be fare and try with the flavoring, although flavoring to make it better? I will pass on this one. afireinside96 (839), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Sep 4, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pale gold in color without much head. Smells of grain, sour milk, citrus. Taste is tart, wheat, lemon. Mid glass it begins to taste like rancid milk a bit. Nearly flat it needs more carbonation. I had it with woodruff syrup added and it mellowed out the old milk flavor some. With a few changes could be pretty good. Miver (575), WillowStreet, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 1, 2008 Draft at brewpub. Poured hazy light gold in color with a small white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma of citrus fruit, light funk, lemongrass. Lightly carbonated. Taste of wheat, citrus fruit, lemongrass, with not too much typical Berliner weisse sourness and funk.
