May 12, 2009 Bottle: A bit hazy, pale golden with a greenish sheen, smaller - slowly diminishing - white head; light to moderate dusty-grainy nose with a chalky touch; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy; slightly increasing bitterness towards the sweetish finish. Reasonable Helles.........

Mar 28, 2009 bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear yellow colour, mid-sized white head. Grainy-hoppy nose. Medium bodied, malty and slightly hoppy with grainy touch. Mild, but still decent Helles.

Feb 20, 2009 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and strawy pale malty nose with a delicate touch of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour; slightly grainy, malt-accented taste with a shy herbal background, well-matured and crispy carbonated mouthfeel with a light body; sweet bitter malty finish with a tinge of hoppy bitterness. A bit boring Helles without any flaws, just clean and refreshing (20.II.09).
