Pours a hazy orange-copper with an average size diminishing off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, nuts, some fruit and faint hops. Somewhat syrupy taste, but grainy and lightly herbal - perhaps a tad dry. Appearance is light brownish copper with a good white head. Flavor is very light malt almost no hop character, quite off from style. Mouthfeel is creamy with low carb texture. Light nutty aroma, with mild chocolate and neutral hoppiness. Very mild aroma. Medium copper-brown clear with foamy light tan lacing head. Medium-light bodied with smooth carbonation (don’t remember if hand pump or not). Smooth brown ale with light biscuity malt character, smooth nutty notes, with a bit of cherry wood and hint of diacetyl. Smooth finish with mild sweetness and light fruity character.
