Commercial Description:
A lighter version of the classic celebration beers known as Marzen and Octoberfest, our Vienna Lager has a nice toasted malt character and a slight amber color. High quality "Noble" hops add classic hop flavor and aroma without the bitterness. Smooth and refreshing, our Vienna Lager is a great change of pace in the classic European Style.

Bottle. The body was dark amber with a light khaki head. The aroma was sweet cake donuts with some fall leaves. There was also some fresh wood and caramel. The taste was toffee with some tea and bread crust. I thought that this was a nice example of the style.

Picked up a bottle of this while at Booze Bros., in Reno, NV. The beer pours out a medium gold color, slightly hazy with an off-white 1-finger cap. An arom of subtle sweet malt, with just a touch of floralness to it. It’s flavor is mostly an undefined sweetness with just a bit of citrus-like hops. Easy drinking beer.

Appearance: Pours a lightly hazy, orangey body with a thin, white head. Smell: Vague pale and caramel maltiness with some light floral hints. Taste: Hint of caramel malt and sweetness, and nothing more maltwise. Bit of spicy hops. Disappointing non-finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Not really much of a vienna and even that likeable for that matter.

Bucket of Blood (Skeleton Biker): Pours a transparent orange bronze with a well-lacing frothy white head. Crisp citrusy hoppy nose has a hint of pale maltiness. Body starts thinner and semi-sweet with an earthy bittering hop presence toward a drier bittersweet finish.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy light yellow amber. medium sized sandy colored head with spotty lacing. Light malt and papery aroma. Lightly toasted flavor, woody, slightly sweet and little hop bitterness. Like a somewhat watery amber. Thanks to Buckeyeboy for this one.
