Very impressed. Had it right next to Masala mama and preferred it to the mama. Golden pour, some head. Smell of citrus, kinda tangy. Taste of citrus, with a grape pixy stix sweetness and an enjoyable bitter finish. Great beer, thanks pepsican

Growler pours a dark golden color with a white head. Has a smooth citrus like aroma. Taste is smooth with citrus, a hint of pine, and finishes with a slight sweet character. Has a medium mouthfeel. Overall this is a just a nice IIPA.

thanks to mike for this bonus.... pours a transparent medium caramel brown, bubbly with a thin, creamy milk white head.... aroma of grassy, citrusy fruit hops that isn’t very assertive but still makes its presence.... flavors of grassy earth hops with a very low level of bitterness. supple and creamy mouthfeel that gives it extra points.... a nice ipa all around.

Bomber as an extra courtesy of nolankowal. Thanks John! Pours a hazy amber with a one finger head. Nose is pine, citrus and sweet malt. Palate it grapefruit upfront with some pine and almost a honey type sweet taste in the finish. Medium mouth feel with some creaminess. Not as hoppy as I expected for the style, but still a decent beer and smooth drinker.

22oz from Grapes of Mirth, Columbus. Wow, a nice big aroma from this one, and one that immediately reminded me of Alpine Pure Hoppiness. I’m not sure this one’s up to that level, but it’s a damn solid example of a DIPA. Very thick mouthfeel and creamy head, which seem to let the citrus and pine sit there in your nostrils and mouth forever. Nicely bitter aftertaste complements the flavor of Pushups (if you remember that ice cream truck delight). Nice one.

Pours clear, with a medium-dark amber body. A small, foamy, off-white head dissipates quickly, leaving minimal spotting behind. The nose shows orange and grapefruit hops over lightly toasted caramel malts. Smells pretty tame for an IIPA. The flavor follows suit. Caramel, toffee, and orange hops comprise the bulk of the taste. Some grassy notes creep in, as do some neutral grainy flavors. Medium bodied and smooth. Solid overall, but pretty boring for the style. Decent brew. Seems like it might be a bit past its prime.

thanks to beerlando! Floral, orange blossoms, with a hint of resin in the aroma. Pours golden amber with a thick white head. Smooth, good bitterness, with some honey citrus flavors, with some pine notes, and some grassy flavors in the background.

Deeper golden color, nice white head. Average lacing. Aroma of citrus floral hops. Flavor is a little thin on the front end but has a nice sharp bitter citrus hop finish. Pretty tasty overall.
