22 oz bottle. Pours beautiful burnt orange/amber color. Hops and citrus dominate the scent, with a piney finish. Very nice mouthfeel, flavor is balanced at first with a nice bitterness at the end.

Grapefruity hops emanate up from the glass. Nice copper color. Good amount of bitterness, but not overpowering. Very nice.

Pours a hazy gold in color. A nice one inch head forms on the pour. Smell is all centennial. Somewhat subdued since being bottled in the summer. This is a well put together IPA. Balanced very well and full on the mouthfeel. I’ll definitely pick up a fresh bottle next summer.

Pours a hazy golden burned orange with a frothy white head that laces and dies slow. Smells of grassy piney hops with a little malt in the back. Taste is nice and big grapefruit, citrus hops with a bitter rindy finish. Malt comes to the plate but kind of as a sacrificial lamb to the hops. Medium in the mouth with crisp carbonation. Very sessionable which is dangerous with a higher ABV. Oh yeah....GO BUCKEYES!

12-20-07 bottle shared with lb4lb thanks to the great miketd!
Nice orange amber color with pretty fluffy white head and web-like lacing. Smells of lime and grapefruit. Nice smooth mouthfeel - really great in a Double IPA. Heavy almost on the tongue - almost creamy - a great surprise! Flavor is slightly lacking and a bit watery but the hops are present (just not very outspoken). Very drinkable and enjoyable - thanks a bunch Mike!

Bottle thanks to trade with Miketd
Pours a clear vibrant amber with a big lasting fluffy offwhite head. Smell is very balanced with fruity maltiness and mild hops for the style. Some doughiness and candied orange sweetness as well. Very nice. Taste is nicely balanced with a good orange malty sweetness and a finish of resin. Not too intense at all, and very balanced for the style. Nice body and a creamy mouthfeel with a solid finishing and pleasant bitterness. Very good and very drinkable!

22oz bottle from my Secret Santa. Aroma of bright pine resin, grapefruit, orange zest and unbaked bread dough. Pours bright copper with a big bright white head. Minimal lacing. Lots of bright citrus hops and doughy malt. Not as sticky and rich as I like my IIPA’s but still nice. The all Centennial hopping is a pleasant departure. The hops are quite assertive and the sweet malt doesn’t begin to show itself until the beer warms and opens up. Medium bodied and creamy with good carbonation. Finishes with a lingering, zesty, bitter orange peel note.

22 oz bottle, another midwestern IPA from moejuck! Pours a clear, bright orangey amber with a thick creamy off-white head. Big, hoppy aroma exuding citrus and dusty pine, with the nice toasty English malts giving a somewhat biscuity backbone to the brew. Bold flavor with hops again taking center stage and malts supporting, brash floral and resiny, piney hops contribute a healthy bitterness and astringent finish. Med body and tingly, creamy carbonation. This is a nice beer overall, I was a little surprised initially that this is classified as a DIPA with a 7.9 % and relatively clean, clear taste, but as it warmed it became more DIPA ish.
