GMUcrew7 (208), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Dec 29, 2007 22 oz bottle. Pours beautiful burnt orange/amber color. Hops and citrus dominate the scent, with a piney finish. Very nice mouthfeel, flavor is balanced at first with a nice bitterness at the end.
fordest (1778), Santee/San Diego, California, USA Sep 16, 2008 22 oz bottle. Nice hoppy aromas and flavors. Fruity hops, apricot, mango. Finish of grassy and pine notes. Pretty good. golubj (1037), Redwood City, California, USA Sep 7, 2008 Bottle, thanks to kieferuga, a man who really likes PP Amigo Lager. Nice orange pour, opaque, with white head. Pleasant citrus hop aroma (oranges I think), some sweet malt also. Flavor is similar, citrusy hops, orange rind, syrupy sweet malt, and a somewhat earthy / rind-like bitter finish. Thanks again for this nice brew. Beerman6686 (782), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 4, 2008 Poured a orangish gold color with a pretty big off white head. Aroma was very hoppy and very sweet. Flavor was a lot like the aroma, almost overbaringly sweet with a very strong medicinal hop finish. ok, not great. robinvboyer (1055), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada Jul 25, 2008 THIS IS MAN CANDY. Huge citrus, grapefruit aroma mingled with a wicked piney resin notes and some sugary candy like citrus hoppiness. Unreal......the sweet candy hops.
