Dec 14, 2004 Special beer, sort of an experiment by Garin, served on tap: Nice tight off white head w/ a coppery brown body. Laces well. Toasty munich malt and melanoidins, floral hop, a little sulphury yeast, very clean overall. Well balanced flavor w/a dry floral hop finish & aftertaste; bready malt & sulphury yeast also in the flavor. Hints of caramel. Lighter body, higher carbonation typical of a Pils, lightly dry m/f. Very good dunkel, a well done experiment.
