Apr 25, 2007 Pours a cloudy orange with a pretty thin light white head. Very floral hoppy smell. Some citrus, but kind of soapy as well. Wierd. Low carbonation and a little bitter. Hops have a big grapefruit taste to them, and are very bittersweet. A little too much. Pretty smooth but kind of dead tasting. Not extremely enjoyable, just too much bitterness and too much soapiness.

Apr 8, 2007 Poured from bottle. Smelled a bit sour to me...Taste was a bit malty, sour bread, and a whole lotta hops...I just cant seem to get into IPA’s yet...Interesting brew, just not for me.

Apr 1, 2007 Bottle at Winking Lizard. Bright orange in color with white medium head that left little lacing. Aroma was very strong, the usual hoppiness. Same with the flavor- strong hops, but not my favorite flavor, and a little too bitter for me. I like IPAs, but something was off about this one.

Mar 3, 2007 Pours a translucent orange amber with an average off white bubbly head that left a bunch of spotty lacing. Aroma with lots of caramel malt, pine, some citrus and floral with a touch of earthiness. Flavor of cascade hops, nice level of hop bitterness along with a bready/caramel malt balance. Bitterness kind of lingers.

Feb 28, 2007 22 oz bomber. Pours a cloudy orange coppery color with a medium fizzy white head. Aroma is of faint floral hops and distant pine. Taste is faintly floral with piney hops present with a caramel malty backbone. Better than average but nothing special.

Feb 26, 2007 This pours a deep amber body, slightly hazed with some particulates, and a tall, shade off-white head. The aroma is a rich caramel with a floral, pine, and grapefruit overlay. Medium-bodied, the hop flavors and bitterness overtake the malts causing the finish to be a prolonged bitter one. Feb 22, 2007 22oz bomber. pours amber with huge white head. nose is very bready and caramel, with slight floral hops. flavor is not very bitter but still has nice caramel and biscuit notes. finish is flat and watery. not to pleasant.
