I wasn’t really impressed with this beer, but fans of Sierra Nevada Wheat should be. Although the menu said this was an unfiltered wheat, it was crystal (or should that be kristal) clear. Good wheat flavor with moderate hop bitterness. I have the same complaint with this beer as with the Sierra Nevada in that the hops are too strong for a good balanced wheat.
