Commercial Description: Dopplebock is deep amber in color and has a sweet toffee aroma with notes of raisin and chocolate. Doppelbock has a dominant sweet caramel flavor with hints of dark toffee, unsweetened chocolate and subtle toasted notes with a mild to moderate fruity dryness from German hops.
